Get packages by product ID

https://api.indicaonline.com/open_api/v2.5/inventory/products//packages

Allows you to request a list of packages that have a specified quantity (qty > 0) for the given product. If the product has no such packages, an empty array is returned. Available only to PRO tariff users.
