Moves the whole available stock of one bag into another. The bag to replenish from must be a fulfilled bag standing at an on-demand storage; the bag being replenished must already be passed to a courier at an on-demand office served by the same source location. The stock is moved before the response is sent, so a successful answer means the whole transfer is done; the bag it was taken from is left unassigned.
